Instructions
- To make the dressing combine egg yolks, anchovies, garlic, and Dijon in a bowl. Whisk and slowly stream in olive oil. Continue to whisk until the dressing is thick and creamy. Fold in Parmesan, black pepper, and lemon juice. Set aside in the fridge.
- Pile Haven Greens baby green leaf, chicken breast, bacon bits, crispy onions, and Caesar dressing onto a large tortilla.
- Fold into burrito form, wrap in parchment paper, slice in half, and enjoy!
