Haven Greens is building one of Canada’s most advanced greenhouse (10 acres) lettuce operations located in the Greater Toronto Area in beautiful King Township, Ontario. Targeting net zero operations, our climate-controlled, pesticide-free facility ensures every leaf is consistently crunchy, sweet, and ready-to-eat without washing. Grown year-round and harvested daily, our lettuce stays fresh longer.
Launching in February 2025, Haven Greens is set to reliably supply food service and retail sectors across Ontario and additional North American markets with three variants: baby green leaf, baby red and green leaf mix, and baby spring mix.
